As the Omak campus dean, Goolsby will oversee operations, finances, and strategic 规划. In addition to supporting students, faculty, and staff, she will serve as liaison with the community and oversee partnerships, including those with the Colville Confederated Tribes, the Area Health Education Center, and the Rural 图书馆 College 联盟.  

Goolsby has over 30 years of management experience. 她最近担任主任 of the 大学 of Alaska Fairbanks Kuskokwim Campus, the UAF’s largest rural campus.
